                   Photocopying License Agreement

P.E.W Music hereby grants the right to photocopy and duplicate all songs from the P.E.W Music
library of Praise and Worship Music to the undersigned individual or church organization.  
The Purchaser agrees to limit use of photocopying to within the organizations boundaries and
will not distribute for use by other non-licensed organizations.  This contract will be renewable
on an annual basis for a small maintenance fee of $10.00. for as long as the user desires.
